Is early check-in or late check-out available?

Yes, when possible. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may involve an additional fee. Please contact our reception team for assistance.

Is daily housekeeping provided?

Yes, daily housekeeping is provided for all suites and studios to ensure a comfortable and well-maintained stay.

How does self check-in work?

Before arrival, you will receive a link to download our mobile app. Through the app, you complete a short pre check-in process covering personal details, documents, and arrival information. Once everything is verified, your digital key will be activated for your stay.

Can multiple guests in the same suite have their own digital key?

Yes. Each additional guest can receive their own digital key by downloading the app, completing their personal check-in process, and once approved the app will deliver their individual mobile key.

Do you offer breakfast, and what are the breakfast hours?

Breakfast is served daily from 07:30 to 11:00. Guests may also request freshly prepared hot dishes such as eggs made to order.

What food options are available during the day?

Following breakfast, light meals and refreshments are available in our lobby from 13:00 to 18:00. Evening dining is offered at Opposite, our rooftop restaurant, from 19:00 to 00:00.

What is the Fill-the-Fridge service?

Guests can pre-order snacks, drinks, groceries, and essentials which we place in the suite before arrival or during their stay. Orders can be made through the E-Concierge at 507athens.store.

Where is 507 Athens located?

507 Athens is located at 4 Aftokratoros Nikolaou, Koukaki, Athens 11745 — one of the most vibrant neighbourhoods in Athens, close to the Acropolis, the Acropolis Museum, and Syngrou-Fix metro station.

How far is the hotel from the airport?

Approximately 45 minutes by taxi. The metro from the airport to Syntagma on the blue line and then two stops to Syngrou-Fix on the red line is also a convenient option.

Is parking available?

Yes, parking is available on-site for vehicles up to 4.2 metres in length. Additional parking garages are available nearby. Guests may reserve their on-site parking spot in advance through the E-Concierge.

Do you offer airport transfers?

Yes, private airport transfers can be arranged through the E-Concierge.

Is the building secure?

We are launching Creators at 507, a hosting program for independent content creators who make travel, food and design content.

The idea is simple. We invite selected creators to stay with us, experience 507 Athens and our rooftop, and share it with their audience in their own way. No scripts, no staged shoots. Just an honest view of the city and the place, from people whose followers trust what they post.

Why smaller creators

The program is built for creators with 5,000 to 30,000 followers. That is a deliberate choice.

Smaller creators usually know their audience well. Their followers comment, ask questions and actually act on recommendations. When they say a place is worth visiting, people listen. For a boutique property like ours, that kind of trust matters more than reach.

We also care about the work itself. We look for creators who take good photos and videos, tell a real story and post consistently, whatever their niche: travel, food, design, architecture or city life.

What a creator stay looks like

507 Athens is a 31-unit boutique serviced apartments property in Koukaki, one of the most lived-in neighborhoods in central Athens. The Acropolis is a short walk away, and so are the cafés, bakeries and small restaurants that make the area worth exploring.

Our creators stay for two nights, with up to two guests. Every stay includes drinks at Opposite at 507, our rooftop restaurant developed with Michelin-starred chef Ettore Botrini, with a direct view of the Acropolis. Creators at our Signature level are also our guests for dinner.

What you film is up to you: the apartment, the rooftop at sunset, the neighborhood in the morning, or the city beyond it.

How it works

There are two levels, Explorer and Signature, depending on audience size and past work. Dates are agreed with each creator, based on availability.

In return, we ask for one reel or TikTok published within 14 days of checkout, a few stories during the stay, and permission to share the content on our own channels, always with credit. Every creator also gets a personal booking code, so their followers can book direct with us at a better rate.

Each creator can be hosted once, and we agree the content plan in writing before the stay. The full details are on our Creators page.

How to apply

If you create content and want to show Athens to your audience, we would like to hear from you. The application takes about five minutes, and we reply to everyone within 2-3 days.
