We offer modern and smart accommodation in fully airconditioned suites and studios beautifully decorated and with high quality fittings and furniture.

Our guests, whether short or long staying, will never feel this sense of restriction they often feel in a hotel room. Yet they will find on site all amenities like restaurants, gym, spa, meeting rooms and even parking.

Once you check in visit our e-shop and make your orders, because we will even fill-up your fridge with what you need making sure you find it there on arrival or any time while staying with us!!
Here is a snapshot of our rooms and facilities
· 15 luxurious and spacious suites with king size beds. Some are 3 bed suites and have additional accommodation in 1 bed sofas and some are 4 bed and have additional accommodation in 2 bed sofas. Some 4 bed suites have large balconies and enjoy views of Acropolis, Philopappou and Lycabytus Hills. while some 3 bed suites have smaller balconies and enjoy views of Acropolis and Philopappou Hills. Luxurious shower rooms. In most suites shower rooms are separate from toilet rooms.
· 16 luxurious and spacious 2 bed studios. Most studios have king sized beds, some have queen sized beds and some 2 adjoining single beds. Some studios have separate shower and toilet rooms.
All units are equipped with kitchen units including, full size fridge, microwave / Grill oven, hot plates, kitchen sink, extractor fan, kitchen ware and tableware, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster etc.
All units have dinning tables with comfortable chairs which can be used for dinning or as an office desk.
Our suites have additional sofa in a lounge area. All 4 bed suites are equipped with 3 android smart TVs and the 3bed suites are equipped with 2 android smart TVs. Studios too are equipped with a smart android TV.

Additionally to all the above , the following services are there for you to enjoy :
· A relaxing Wellness / Spa facility where guests can enjoy several massage treatments, Sauna room and Steam Bath session, Nail treatments, face treatments.
· A gym free to use by our guests only.
· A restaurant at ground floor used for breakfast, lunch and dinner
· Last but not least, is our Crown Jewel, the all-weather roof top bar / restaurant, . Drinks and food is served from noon onwards while guests can enjoy magnificent views of the Acropolis, the Philopappou and the Lycabytus Hills, which are the major landmark sites of Athens
And if you need to conduct a business meeting we have 2 fully equipped meeting rooms which can sit 10-12 people each.
Parking is a big problem in Athens but we have our own underground parking which can accommodate a number of cars while in addition guests can use a public underground parking which is 5-6 minutes walking distance away.
What was the inspiration for the name "507 Athens"?
In the year 507 B.C., the Athenian leader Cleisthenes introduced a system of political reforms that he called Demokratia, or “rule by the people” (from demos, “the people,” and kratos, the “power”). It was the first known democracy in the world.
This system introduced three separate institutions: the Ekklesia, a sovereign governing body responsible for legislation and foreign policy; the Boule, a council of 500 representatives from the ten Athenian tribes and the Dikasteria, the popular courts in which citizens argued cases before a group of lottery-selected jurors. Although this Athenian democracy would survive for only two centuries, its invention by Cleisthenes, “The Father of Democracy,” was one of ancient Greece’s most enduring contributions to the modern world. The Greek system of direct democracy would pave the way for representative democracies across the globe.
It was 507 bc in Athens where Democracy started and flourished building the foundations of modern civilization. Being in Athens and looking at Parthenon standing proudly on the Hill of Acropolis reminds us of the accomplishments of the ancient Athenian democracy.
We thought that while our guests will be enjoying from their suites or from our roof garden Bar and Restaurant these magnificent views of the hill of Acropolis with the Parthenon on top of it and of the Philopappos Hill and the Lycabytus Hill we should remind them how and when all that started.
So we named our property “507 Athens” hoping guests will remember what happened back then in year 507 BC.
Yet we are as modern and as Smart as it can be !!!
We start with a unique experience allowing the guests to self-check-in and obtain an electronic access key on their smart phone.
Download our app and follow the instructions to check in and request to receive your electronic key. No matter what time you arrive at the property you do not have to worry if you will find the reception desk open, Just use your phone and head directly to your room. All doors needed will open for you.
You can also have additional electronic keys on additional smart phone for persons accompanying you.
No need for check-in at the reception desk. If however you experience any problems then you can check in the normal way during the reception desk operating hours.
Guests are strongly encouraged though to use the smart key entry and self-check in features.
Alexa is installed in all units and will will do all sort of things for you
- open / close your window blinds,
- wake you up in the morning
- turn off or on your Philips hue lights or create a nice relaxing atmosphere
- play your favorite music
- and lots of other things
Philips hue lights, were installed, can also be operated by a wall switch
Motorized Somfy blinds can also be operated via wall switches
Use your subscriptions to watch anything you like on the android smart TVS
Guests can use our web site to order goods and services through our e-shop.
An innovative feature is available whereby guests can ask to "fill-up the fridge" with a wide variety of things. Orders are paid online and if received on time then you will find your items waiting in your fridge before arrival !!
And you can order replenishments any time.!!
