Property Policies

1. Reservations

  • Reservations are personal and non-transferable.
  • Bookings cannot be assigned or transferred to another guest if the original guest cannot attend.
  • In the event of a no-show, the property reserves the right to release the reserved room if no prior notice has been given by 11:00 AM on the day following the scheduled check-in date.

·        In such cases, the full amount of the reservation is due and non-refundable.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in: Self check-in via the hotel’s mobile app. Reception operates daily 15:00–20:00 for assistance.
  • Check-out: Until 11:00 AM. Electronic keys deactivate shortly after.
  • Extensions of stay require a new booking through the website or other channels and are subject to availability. Continuation in the same room cannot be guaranteed.

3. Access & Keys

  • Access is granted via an electronic mobile key sent to the guest’s phone after check-in.
  • Additional room occupants may also download separate electronic keys.

4. Guests & Children

  • Infants and children under 7 years old are not accepted.
  • A discounted rate applies for children between 7 and 12 years old.
  • Proof of age may be required upon check-in.

5. Pets

  • Pets are not allowed on the property.

6. Smoking

  • This is a non-smoking property.
  • Smoking indoors may trigger fire alarms and affect air quality through the air conditioning.
  • Guests who smoke indoors may incur additional cleaning charges, at the management’s discretion.

7. Payments & Charges

  • All services must be paid immediately by debit/credit card at the time of ordering.
  • Room charging is not permitted (no services can be billed to the room).
  • Missing items or damages: €200 administration fee plus the cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the guest’s card.
  • Any loss of revenue due to a room being unavailable will also be charged.
  • At management’s discretion, a damage deposit may be requested.

8. Kitchenware Policy

  • All studios and suites include kitchenettes with hobs and toasters.
  • Guests must use the extractor fan while cooking.
  • Meals producing excessive odors are discouraged as they may affect air quality, furniture, fabrics, and air-conditioning filters.
  • €400 charge applies if cooking triggers the fire alarm or if deep cleaning is required to restore room air quality.
  • Hobs must not be left unattended when in use.
  • Knives and other sharp items must be used responsibly. Guests may request removal of knives before check-in if desired.

9. Extras

  • Extra services can be booked at the time of reservation or via the e-shop on our website after check-in.

10. Guest Conduct

  • Guests must respect others and avoid disturbances (low voices in communal areas, reasonable TV/music volume).
  • Offensive or abusive behavior towards staff will not be tolerated.
  • An inventory of room equipment is maintained; missing items may be charged.
  • Complaints can be submitted to management or through official complaint channels.

11. Privacy & GDPR

  • For the safety and security of guests and staff, CCTV operates in all communal areas.
  • Footage is securely stored and accessible only by authorized personnel.

GDPR Compliance

  • The property complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
  • Personal data collected during the booking and stay is processed solely for the purposes of providing hospitality services, ensuring security, and fulfilling legal obligations.
  • Data is stored securely and only retained for as long as necessary.

Guests have the right to:

  • Access their personal data,
  • Request correction of inaccurate data,
  • Request deletion of their data (where legally permissible),
  • Restrict or object to processing,
  • Request data portability.

The property will not share personal data with third parties except where required by law or necessary for the performance of the booking contract (e.g. payment providers).

12. Legal

  • Any disputes not resolved amicably will be settled exclusively by the courts of Athens, Greece.
  • The applicable law is the Law of Greece.
